Dietary requirements

Lactose intolerance is the impaired ability to digest lactose, the sugar found in dairy. Eating dairy with an intolerance can lead to nausea, abdominal pain and other unpleasant symptoms.

What can people with lactose intolerance put in their lunch

- dried fruit and nuts
- crackers and humus
- blissballs
-chicken and salad sandwich
- jam/peanut butter/ other dairy free spread
- fruit
- vege sticks
- vegan/ dairy free baked goods ( i have made some vegan donuts, they are good).

-eggs

-pancakes  (unless they are egg free).
