we are learning to gather information from a script and fill out problems with this information. I worked with Jay on this and I think we worked well together. Next time I would use a table.
intentions: To portray anger and disgust because Elaine is telling her cousin Jessica to stop being a slob. Leading part of body: Shoulders ( drooped in tiredness).
Script: Do me a favour, alright, I know you're sick as a dog but can you please, please not leave your snot rags all over the damn place. On the kitchen table. On the dining table. I find them buried between the sheets in the bed. Its so gross, nasty and disgusting. How much effort does it take to actually throw them out. at least put them in a designated spot. I get that you are sick but that doesn't permit you to be a slob. How would you like it if you kept finding my snot rags all over the damn place. I stepped on at least two of them today and it got stuck to my foot. I couldn't get it off because the snot acted like glue and I had to actually scrape off the tissue paper from the back of my foot with a sponge. I'm ok. All i'm asking for is you to just be more considerate of me.
Techniques: An annoyed tone in Elaine's voice. Facial expressions: disgusted and tired. Movement: Body droopy and slow.

My side of the story
today I was learning about how to portray a story from a different point of view. This shows my learning because I have created a story about the Goldilocks and the three bears from the bears point of view. I hope you enjoy.
So we all know the story of Goldilocks and the three bears but do we really? I'm about to tell you my side of the story. Hello, I am baby bear and welcome to my side of the story...
So it was a normal day, I woke up and looked through my window at the beautiful world I live in. I went down to the kitchen to see Mummy bear and Papa bear. We sat together and had a cup of tea. Mummy bear then started to cook our porridge while Papa bear sat and read his book on humans ( they are weird). The porridge was too hot to eat so Mummy bear decided we should go for a walk like every morning. We walked happily through the forest until...
We came home like every morning but there was a small problem... The door was open, we shut it before we left... we cam inside, the porridge was eaten. The chair was broken... we went upstairs... this thing was sleeping in my bed. We screamed "get the heck out" and this thing left. Now I'm hungry and that silly human ate my food.

passion project #1
Hello and welcome to the start of my passion project blogposts. Passion project is a chance for us to learn about something we are passionate about. I am doing wearable arts. I am Working with Jay and together we are creating two steam punk inspired monokuma costumes ( daganronpa). We are the separated sides of monokuma. Here are the designs.
we got our materials from creative junk and are using recycled materials to make our art pieces. We will keep you posted.

can you hear it.
Here I am learning about descriptive writing. This shows my learning because I have written a descriptive piece of writing. I am wondering when my next peaceful summers day will be.
A calm summers day. the wind sweeps peacefully through the trees, calmly disrupting each leaf. the branches sway softly. I sit in the grass, my head and body engulfed by the blades. Pure peace. My picnic basket sits under the tree, guarded by the branches. My best friend lies beside me. A safe and comforting silence. I want to stay here forever.

Symbols
Here is my weeks worth of work about symbolism in dragon heart. In this paragraph I am writing about the symbolism of the dragon heart and how it affects the narrative.
I am learning: About symbolism.
This shows my learning by: I have created a paragraph about symbolism in dragon heart.
I am wondering: how the writers decided to use this symbolism.
The heart of the dragon.
In Dragonheart the main story of the movie is about the dragon heart, hence why the movie was named after it. The heart of the dragon is a symbol of life and Draco giving it shows how he is sharing his life force with Einon ( who really doesn't deserve it). The moment in the film where Draco shares his heart with Einon gives us hope ( even though Einon still turns up to be a pain in the behind). When Einon corrupts the heart our hope is lost. The climax of the movie shows that Draco is brave and kind and he sacrifices himself to kill Einon and save the Kingdom. This shot is a wide shot/high angle shot and uses 'dust' to symbolise Draco dying ( turning into dust) then finding his place among his fellow dragons in the stars. This shows that Draco has a heart big enough to share ( in a kindness way).
The Draco constellation
In Dragon heart the Draco constellation played a very large part of the story. The constellation is what Bowen named Draco after. In the story when a dragon dies after a life well lived they become a constellation. When Draco dies he takes his place in the Draco constellation. The constellation is of importance because it is what draco looks up to. This shot is an example of a wide shot and the stars are gathered to look like a dragon. All together the Draco constellation plays a large part in the story.
